At guests' disposal, there are two balconies with sea views and all the technological comforts such as a home theater system, split air conditioning, and free wifi. Free parking included. It boasts an ideal location because it is 6 minutes by car from the International airport, 3 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the ring road exits. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift, not suitable for people with disabilities. The internal space is organized as follows: - Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Living room with sofa bed, split AC and TV with home theater system - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, split AC and TV - Bedroom with two single beds, one of which is pull-out, wardrobe and desk - Bathroom with chromotherapy shower, wc, bidet and hairdryer - Balcony equipped with table and chairs. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, indipendent heating, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Free internal parking in the courtyard with NOT assigned space, therefore subject to availability; outside the building there are also free parking spaces (NOT guaranteed).
