Other things to note Home Truths: - We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. - The exterior chaise loungers next to the pool/spa have been updated and may differ from those shown in the listing photos. - Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. - Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax. - SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. - The spa jets in the bathtub are disabled for health and safety reasons. - Please do not pick the avocado trees. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine - Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet. - Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - Fireplaces are not available for guest use due to local ordinances. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. - Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. - The entry gate at this property must remain open at all times. - Please Note: The pool is currently out of order Parking Details: 7 cars can park onsite.
