Villa Zen, nice house totally new, PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, TERRACE, moderate and very well quipada, capacity 6 people. Beach 12 min. The space Villa Henri, is a spectacular house, recently renovated, modern and cozy, with capacity for 6pax, with private saltwater pool (8m x4m) and ample paved outdoor space and mini cactus garden behind the house. The house is located in a quiet area, less than 10min walking Natural Park and distance from the beach Riells to 12min on foot (900m) the ideal beach for the little ones. The house is completely renovated, distributed from the entrance we find a fully enclosed terrace with windows overlooking the pool. When accessing the interior of the house we find a diaphanous, spacious space in the same room is the dining room, with table and 6 chairs, the American kitchen on one side, well equipped with everything necessary and in the back the lounge area, comfortable and Modern with sofa and two armchairs, well furnished with flat screen TV and French channels. As for the bedrooms, there are 3 rooms equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables (size beds: 1 x 150cm + 1x 160+, the 3rd bedroom with 2 x 90cm). A full bathroom with bathtub. Next to the living room there is access to a room, where there is a washing machine, dryer, and a second bathroom with an Italian shower. From this room you can also access the pool allowing you to take a shower without having to enter the interior of the house.
