To the left of the hallway there is a large dining room with beautiful furnishings, as a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. Next to the dining room there is a bright and spacious lounge with big glass windows pannels that offers nice views with the view of the sea on the distance; the lounge has three large comfortable sofas, air conditioning, flat screen Tv, Dvd player and Satellite with both English and German channels. To the other side of the dining room there is a modern fitted kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a top glass table and leather chairs to use during breakfast time and lots of storage space. The kitchen has also access direct to the swimming pool area and terraces, as well as air conditioning. To the right of the hallway there is access to the sleeping area. On this side, there is also a guests cloak bathroom for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level. The bedrooms comprises of two twins and two double (one twin and one double in the lower floor of the house, and also one twin and a one double in the upper floor of the house). All the bedrooms have new linen and are painted in different colours. They all have their own en suite modern bathrooms (one of them has a full bath, whilst the rest have shower units). All the rooms in the house have air-conditioning / heating units, so that you can enjoy your stay during the summer as well as during the early spring / autumn holidays. The outside of the house is also well designed with a great pool and a pool side shower, a sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds and another terrace under a pergola which has exterior furniture. The elegant mosaic swimming pool with crystal clear water is a bonus, it has roman steps and it is surrounded by a cobbled stone terrace, very beautiful lit at night. This villa is great for a family holiday. It is right in the heart of the residential area of Cala San Vicente, close to some other buildings and also really close to the beaches and different amenities of the area, which is a quiet and relaxing resort in a beautiful setting. Finally, we have to point out that villa Medina offers free Internet connection (Wi-Fi). The property also has ping-pong table.
