My villa is a stone built house located in the seafront , 20 m above the sea level, offering spectacular views of Koundouros gulf and spectacular sunsets towards cape Sounio. It is tastefully decorated and offers guests all they could wish for an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. The closest beach is 50m from the front door while there are more options in walking distance. The space The house is located on the ground floor of a two story villa with private entrance and outside sitting areas. It has a big living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a pull out single bed, and one bathroom with a shower. There is one more bedroom and bathroom on the same floor available for rent with additional cost.
