You'll also find restaurants, Walmart, and H-E-B Grocery just 5 minutes from the property. Hummingbird Haus Features: This home offers breathtaking views from the front porch, with high ceilings that flood the interior with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area has a cozy L-shaped sofa for relaxing. The bedroom is your private retreat with a California King Tempurpedic bed, and the home includes a full bathroom. It's the perfect getaway for a small family! Guest access Lockbox on door. You can park directly in front of the house. There is another rental as well as the main house about 75ft away. Other things to note Pet-friendly: $100 pet fee. Guests are responsible for their pets during their stay. Smart TV: You can use your personal login for streaming services. Rainwater system: We use rainwater, and it tastes amazing! Please help us conserve if you can. Fire pit and grill: Don’t forget to bring firewood, fire starter, and charcoal if you plan to use the grill or fire pit. We have 3 other rentals on the property at Bird Haus Farms. While you’ll have your own space, note that the property offers a peaceful retreat but not complete seclusion. Please note that if there is a power outage during your stay, the property will also lose access to water, as the pump is electrically powered. We will do our best to address the situation.
