Christmas Getaway: Romantic w/ Hot Tub & Swim Hole

Welcome to Hummingbird Haus, a charming guest home set on several acres at Bird Haus Farms in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Relax in the front yard around the fire pit, or unwind in the backyard featuring a hot tub, picnic table and twinkling string lights. The space Prime Location: We’re just 5 minutes away from kayaking or tubing the Guadalupe River, and 25 minutes from both New Braunfels and Boerne. Downtown Bulverde is only an 8-minute drive, while Fredericksburg’s wine country and downtown San Antonio are about 50 minutes away. You'll also find restaurants, Walmart, and H-E-B Grocery just 5 minutes from the property. Hummingbird Haus Features: This home offers breathtaking views from the front porch, with high ceilings that flood the interior with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area has a cozy L-shaped sofa for relaxing. The bedroom is your private retreat with a California King Tempurpedic bed, and the home includes a full bathroom. It's the perfect getaway for a small family! Guest access Lockbox on door. You can park directly in front of the house. There is another rental as well as the main house about 75ft away. Other things to note Pet-friendly: $100 pet fee. Guests are responsible for their pets during their stay. Smart TV: You can use your personal login for streaming services. Rainwater system: We use rainwater, and it tastes amazing! Please help us conserve if you can. Hot Tub: Please keep the cover on when not in use, and the temp set to 102 in the winter. It take one hour per degree to warm up. Fire pit and grill: Don’t forget to bring firewood, fire starter, and charcoal if you plan to use the grill or fire pit. We have 3 other rentals on the property at Bird Haus Farms. While you’ll have your own space, note that the property offers a peaceful retreat but not complete seclusion. Please note that if there is a power outage during your stay, the property will also lose access to water, as the pump is electrically powered. We will do our best to address the situation.
