The kitchen is generously sized and well equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, and ample storage for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal before heading out to explore the neighborhood. The real highlight is the private terrace, a rare feature in the area and the perfect spot to enjoy Bogotá's cool climate, a morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening air. The bathroom is clean and contemporary, and the building offers an elevator and free parking on the premises, which is uncommon in this part of the city. As a result, construction noise may be heard between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. At this time, we do not have an estimated completion date for the work. After confirming the booking, guests must complete a form we send as a requirement to comply with local regulations. Before check-in we need the first name, surname and identity document number of every guest. The building requires this information to authorize entry, and each guest must show the document at the building's reception. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you need to store luggage or wait in a common area before check-in or after check-out, please ask us in advance and we will confirm what is possible at your building. If entry to the apartment is by physical key or card and it is lost, an additional charge applies. Belongings left in the apartment after check-out are held for 30 days. After 30 days they are donated. Food left behind is discarded. Every reservation includes bed linen for each bed, one body towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, one floor towel per shower, one bottle each of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel per shower, one bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one bin liner per bin, one kitchen towel, one bottle of dishwashing liquid, one sponge and one absorbent cloth. Additional amenities are available for an extra fee, just ask our team. If the apartment has a sofa bed, please tell us in advance whether you will use it so that we can set it up. For every 30 nights booked we include one free cleaning during the stay. It covers changing bed linen and towels and replenishing shampoo, soap, toilet paper and bin liners. The date and time must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Additional guests may be added only up to the maximum capacity of the apartment. Visitors are not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Only guests registered in advance at the reception may enter. If the property is pet-friendly, the following fees and limits apply: 10 USD per pet for reservations of 3 nights or fewer. 25 USD per pet for reservations of 4 to 15 nights. 50 USD per pet for reservations longer than 15 nights. The pet fee does not cover damage to the property or to the common areas. Whatever the property, a maximum of two small or medium pets, or one large pet, may stay. Hanging clothes or towels from the windows, balconies or terraces of the apartment is not allowed. (Penalty: 200 USD) Parties and social gatherings are not allowed in the apartment, and noise is not allowed after 22:00. (Penalty: 300 USD) Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building, including balconies, patios and terraces. This covers cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and any drug or other substance. (Penalty: 100 USD) Using the property for events, social gatherings or photo shoots is not allowed. (Penalty: 250 USD) Filming or photography for commercial purposes is not allowed in the apartment or in the building. Breaking any of these rules carries a monetary penalty, payable by the guest responsible for the reservation. The guest responsible for the reservation also covers any repair or replacement arising during the stay: lost keys, and damage to items, furniture or to the infrastructure of the apartment or the building. The building's front desk staff are not Wynwood House employees, so please report any incident directly to us and we will assist you. Travelers under 18 Colombian regulations, and some building administrations, require guests traveling with minors to present the corresponding documents at check-in. To avoid any difficulty, please bring: Every minor: civil birth certificate (registro civil de nacimiento). Aged 7 and over: identity card (tarjeta de identidad, TI). If the minor travels with both parents: Civil birth certificate. Identity card, if applicable. Original identity document of both parents. If the minor travels with one parent only, or with neither: Civil birth certificate. Identity card, if applicable. Notarized authorization signed by both parents permitting the stay. Guests must also present physical identity documents to enter the building. Photographs, digital copies and documents shown on a phone are not accepted, and the building administration may deny entry without them. Parque 93 is one of Bogotá's most refined and walkable districts, an upscale area in the north of the city built around the leafy Parque de la 93 and surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutiques. It's an ideal base if you want a safe, vibrant location with everything close by and quick connections to the Zona T, Zona G, and the financial district. Dining & Cafés The blocks around Parque de la 93 are full of well-regarded restaurants and coffee shops, from specialty coffee and brunch spots to fine dining, all within a few minutes on foot. The Zona G and Zona T, home to some of Bogotá's most acclaimed restaurants and bars, are a short ride away. Groceries & Everyday Essentials There is a supermarket directly across from the building, along with a bookstore and café right nearby, which makes day-to-day stays very convenient. Additional supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks are all within easy walking distance. Nightlife Parque de la 93 and the surrounding streets come alive in the evening with stylish bars and lounges. The Zona T (Zona Rosa) is a short taxi or ride-share away, with a lively concentration of bars and nightlife. Parks & Walks Parque de la 93 sits at the center of the neighborhood and is great for a morning walk, a run, or simply relaxing outdoors. The tree-lined, pedestrian-friendly streets make the whole area pleasant to explore on foot. We recommend using Uber to move around. The loft also offers free parking on site if you are driving.
