This loft at the Magia condo complex puts you one block from the beach, one block from Fifth Avenue, and right at the heart of everything - yet the moment you step inside, the outside world fades away. Living space The main level opens into a sitting and living area centered around a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a natural wood coffee table set on a soft floor rug. A wall-mounted Smart TV paired with an Apple TV gives you access to Netflix, HBO, Amazon, and more - just sign in to your own accounts and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen sits nearby, stocked with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking basics, and all the dishes and silverware you need to put together a home-cooked meal whenever you prefer staying in. Sleeping arrangements Upstairs, the bedroom holds a king bed dressed in cotton linens, with room-darkening shades to help you sleep in as late as the day allows. A safe and a full closet give you space to properly unpack and settle in. From the bedroom, sliding doors open directly onto your private terrace - your own outdoor extension of the space. Bathrooms The upstairs full bathroom features a private hot tub where you can soak and decompress after a full day out. A half bath on the main level adds everyday convenience. Both bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer, almond and olive revitalizing shampoo, and body soap. Private terrace Step through the bedroom's sliding doors onto the private patio, where a hammock, table, and chairs are waiting. Pull the doors wide open, let the breeze move through, and spend the morning with a coffee or the evening with a drink - watching the world drift by at exactly your pace. In-unit extras A washer and dryer are included in the unit, along with bath and beach towels, essentials, hangers, an iron, a drying rack, and a dedicated workspace with Ethernet connection and Wi-Fi - well suited for anyone working remotely during a longer stay. Long-term stays are available. Magia complex facilities Magia's shared amenities add a resort feel to your stay. There's a large outdoor pool and a smaller pool, both available year-round with hours from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, plus sun loungers around the pool area. The shared gym is open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM. A free covered parking garage is on the premises. The building has an elevator, a private entrance, 24/7 security, and exterior security cameras in hallways, parking, pool, and common areas. A lockbox enables self check-in. Location Magia sits in downtown Playa del Carmen, one block from the beach and the beach clubs along the shore - Mamitas, Zenzi, Lido, and Coralina are all close by. Fifth Avenue is equally close, lined with cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, souvenir shops, and plenty of street life. Shopping malls including Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alegría, and Calle Corazón are within easy reach, as are supermarkets like Walmart, Soriana, and Chedraui Selecto, plus everyday convenience stores. From here, the broader Riviera Maya opens up - cenotes, Mayan ruins, eco-parks with underground rivers, snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, yacht tours, fishing charters, golf, and day trips to Tulum or Cancun are all on the table. Guest access The building entrance is accessible by using a keypad. Then, you will access the condo by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure to determine consumption. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - The property uses security cameras on the premises for safety reasons only. - It is requested to use the safe in the apartment for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers inside the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. - We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival. - We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
