Lovely 70 sqm self-catering house for 2-3 people at 1200 m above sea level. In winter, a 4x4 vehicle or snow chains are recommended. From the house you can see the Koralpe and Petzen. Surrounded by forests, you have the opportunity to hike and explore the area by bike from the front door. Snowshoeing. Archery parkour. The surroundings are a mushroom area and a paradise for those seeking peace, nature lovers, families with children and couples with dogs. Mountain spring water. The space The house consists of a spacious living/dining area with an attached fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has toilet, sink and bathtub as well as plenty of storage space. A wood-fired water boiler is available for hot water preparation. This is to be heated daily by yourself. For a cozy atmosphere in the living rooms, 3 more wood stoves are available as well as sufficient firewood, which is provided by the landlord. Infrared heating is also available. The house is on the ground floor, so it is great for guests who do not like to climb stairs!!! Guest access During the stay, there is a demarcated garden area with barbecue area at your disposal.
