This condo has direct access to the heated pool.  The complex offers protection from rain and sun by walking through the underground parking from the lobby to the apartment by elevator. There is also a ramp from the underground parking space to the elevator, ideal for the disabled. The lifts will take you also to the fitness center, the solarium, and the game room.  The solarium on the third floor has a jacuzzi and on the second floor a large shaded seating area for parties and games that include a pool table, a ping pong table, and also a big free on-site fitness center.
