On the 1st floor, there are 2 guest rooms with 2 queen beds each, a full bathroom, kitchen & dining area. The 2nd floor has a primary bedroom, ensuite bathroom and loft area with TV and desk. The space Mal Pais is a relaxed, laid back town. It is more residential and is a few minutes away from the bigger crowds in Santa Teresa. The villas are perfect for families and friends traveling together who want to travel in the area, but prefer a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Nicoya Villas is a 4 villa property. The property manager is on site to help you during your stay and there are cleaning staff to spruce up the villa every other day during your stay. There is a pool with a large sundeck, perfect for hanging out and for kids. The teak Gazebo is a great area that can be used to play ping pong, play cards or board games, or just hang out. There is an outdoor kitchenette and a filtered water dispenser in the gazebo area. Laundry: To ensure the utmost convenience during your stay, our laundry facilities are thoughtfully situated in a designated staff-only area. Should you wish to have your laundry done and are staying more than 1 night, kindly inform our attentive staff, who will be delighted to assist you. Please allow a day or two for them to meticulously attend to your request, ensuring your garments are returned to you with care and consideration. Checkout Instructions: We don't have check out chores. You are on vacation, please enjoy your stay! Ask us if you are interested in a yoga or Jiu jitsu retreat, or in renting the entire property. There is staff on site daily. A light housekeeping is offered every 2 - 3 days. There are quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Guest access Each unit is private, but the pool, garden and teak gazebo area are communal areas. Other things to note We are approximately 150 meters from the beach. There is a filtered hot and cold water filler system in the gazebo area. Most mornings there is also coffee and tea available there as well. Please reach out to the property manager if you need anything during your stay.
