Fully rented rural accommodation with a maximum of 6 seats, nestled in an old labrador house, restored to offer you a different, relaxing, cozy experience and surrounded by amenities. Pets are not allowed. Parties, events, guests or visits not allowed, exclusive space for registered guests. Security deposit required upon arrival. Bedrooms and bathrooms available according to occupancy: 2 pax: blue+ low pl. bathroom. 3 or 4 pax: +green+ 1st bathroom pl. 5 or 6 pax: +Loft+its bathroom The space Enjoy an old restored labrador house, to be able to offer you a different, relaxing, cozy experience. In the living room, it has a fireplace, sofas, TV, wifi, dining area. You will surely spend a good table, in the heat of the fire and good conversation. Currently we have three double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. one on the ground floor (always available), another shared for two bedrooms (open for reservations of 3 or more people) and another integrated into one of them (in Buhardilla, open for 5 or 6 people). The rooms have air conditioning and heating with automatically regulated temperature, there are no remote controls (see internal regulations). A total capacity for up to six people. No visitors, guests, parties, or events of any kind. Depending on the number of guests booking one, two or three bedrooms open: Up to two people, blue bedroom plus ground floor bathroom. Up to four people, blue and green bedroom, ground floor bathroom and first floor bathroom. Up to six guests, loft bedroom and its indoor bath is added. Children are considered paying guests, regardless of age. Firewood and consumables not included in prices. Check it out!! Gated public areas: unbooked bedrooms and bathrooms, backyard, storage, and service closets. Front yard, living room, kitchen, kitchen and bedrooms + open reserved bathrooms + reserved bathrooms.
