We are not liable for accidents. ● Accurate guest count required. Unregistered guests not allowed. ● Booking must be made by the staying guest. No third-party bookings. ● Check-in by 10 PM. (Drop-off not included.) ➤➤ Extra Services ● Early morning check-in at 7:00 AM is available for an additional 500 Baht. ● Late check-out from noon to midnight is available for an additional 500 Baht. During your stay We let you enjoy your stay with peace of mind. However, we live at the house so we are always available for help, guidance, and advice on things of interest to do and see. Other things to note ➤➤ Important Notice for Airbnb Guests: ● No children due to safety concerns (stairs). ● Prohibitions: Smoking, alcohol, drugs, weed, gambling, and parties are strictly prohibited. A fine of 2,000 Baht applies for violations. ● Smoking Area: The designated smoking area is in the garden. ● Shoes: Please remove shoes upon entry; slippers are provided. ● Laundry: No in-house laundry. Coin laundry is in the next building or a 5-minute drive away. ● Guest Count: Provide accurate guest numbers. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave immediately. A surcharge of 500 Baht per person per night applies for additional guests. ● For long stays, cleaning service is provided once a week. ● Filming: Approval is required for filming or photoshoots.
