You will have access to the entire side of the duplex including the garage. You have access to everything on property minus one garage which the hosts use for storage. Other things to note Dogs: Dogs are allowed on the Premises with pre-approval from the host (no breed or weight restrictions). A pet fee of $75 per dog plus a $250 refundable deposit per reservation must be paid. If any damages are found by your dog, the guest is responsible for any and all repairs. If evidence of a dog(s) is found and no dogs were approved, a $500 fee will be collected. Cats: Sorry, we are not accepting cats at this time. If the presents of a cat are found or reported, a $500 fee will be collected.
