The dining area comfortably caters to twelve guests, creating the perfect setting for memorable group meals. Connected to the dining area is the conservatory, extending the seating space and providing direct access to the patio. Conveniently placed on this floor is the utility room, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer for added ease. Bedroom three, furnished with a double bed, offers an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous roll-top bath, wash basin, and WC. Additionally, a shower room and a separate cloakroom with a wash basin and WC complete the ground-floor amenities. Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom one presents a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, complemented by its own balcony that grants beautiful views. Just a 20-minute walk from Polzeath, The Summerhouse is a perfect retreat for coastal adventures throughout the year. With its vast expanse of sand and excellent surf, there is plenty to explore at Polzeath. The beach itself is home to two surf schools and you can also find equipment hire, lessons and practical beach-side advice. Polzeath is also home to many animated cafes and culinary hotspots for those looking to get a slice of the action. For retail lovers, there are a great selection of shops, as well as two grocery stores for picking up those holiday essentials.
