Cozy house to call home away from home

Located in a very quiet and nice area, good driving distance to St Louis city, Historic St Charles, Casinos, Restaurants, etc. It is the perfect place to go explore around during the day, but fully disconnect at night. The place has 1 good sized bedroom, and a full bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with anything you need, and bbq is available outside as well , I do live in the basement and use1 bedroom for sleeping,independent entrance and will never need to bother your stay. The space The house is located in a corner lot. Guest are welcome to use all the backyard, as well as deck with the bbq on it. We ask that if you bbq, make sure you leave everything off to avoid incidents. We have worked so hard on trying to make our guest's life easier. If you need Car rental, picking up from the airport, or tickets for activities in STL, please let me know. We got you! Guest access We have Netflix, prime video, in the house. We ask that no movies be purchased in these accounts in order to avoid additional charges. During your stay Please let us know how many guests are expected. There will be a charge of $20 per undisclosed additional guest per night. If at any point of your stay you need anything, do not hesitate to reach out! I love to help Other things to note Please be respectful to my property. No smoking is allowed on premises, and no pets. Complimentary items are exactly that. We provide a lot of items for your stay, but If you require more of these items we kindly ask that you purchase your own and sufficient to last for your stay.
