The space Welcome to our Apartment in the city center, Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, 50m2 garden, parking, equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer (combined washer-dryer), Wi-Fi, four TVs, Netflix... This apartment consists in a huge living room with open kitchen overlooking the garden. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ice maker and plancha outside. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with queen-size bed, double bed and two single beds which can be twinned on request, all equipped with very thick and comfortable mattresses, three bathrooms with shower and toilet, one for each bedroom. Many baby accessories are available to young parents: cot with mattress, highchair, bath, etc. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. The parking available to travelers is unlimited access for one vehicle in an underground parking located 400 meters from the apartment, accessible by walking in 5 minutes. In case of necessity the agency is around the corner, at 50 meters. Access The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation. Important Notes : The accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions. Access to the apartment includes stairs, about ten steps. Smoking isn’t allowed inside. Thank you in advance for understanding. Guest access We will arrange an appointment directly at the apartment for the keys and presentation of the premises on the day of your arrival. If you plan to arrive late the keys will be available at the agency which is 150 meters without time limit. Other things to note If you arrive late in the evening (outside of the opening hours of the agency) : no problem. The keys will be available in one of the key boxes on the facade of the agency and the code of the key box will be sent to you on your check-in day. Our agency is located in Nice, 2 Avenue Saint Jean Baptiste. It is very close from the apartment (150m). Access from the airport by tram line 2 stop "Garibaldi le Château" Access from the Nice-Ville SNCF train station by tram line 1 stop "Garibaldi" You can then go to the accommodation whenever you want.
