Only 5 minutes' walk is the lovely sandy beach Cala Ferrera. The apartment has a bright living area with access to a balcony. There is an open kitchen . There are 2 twin bedrooms one with ensuite shower room and a shower room A/C has a fixed and unchangable limited timetable. There is a community pool overlooking the sea and access to the sea with ladder. The space Second floor with spiral outside Staircase not appropriate for people with limited mobility. Should you need further information, please check with us. Outdoor & distance There is a community pool in front of the sea ( no sunbeds) . Direct access to the sea with ladder on the rocks. Lawned garden areas with a pinewood give a fresh atmosphere to the Ferrera Park. Other things to note Please note A/C is available for use from 14h-17 h/ 21h-06h There is a water softener motor in the apartment that works approx 10-15 minutes a day to better the water quality for you in the apartment, you will hear this if it is working. During this short time it does not circulate water to the taps.
