Fantastic Villa with Private Swimming Pool The space This detached villa with a private swimming pool is located in the Sesmarias area, Albufeira, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The Portuguese fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere. From the various (covered) terraces is a view of the pool and the sea. It is suitable for small and large groups, families with children and for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The villa is located on 1,000 m2 of private land with a south-facing terrace and garden. The idyllic beach “Praia da Coelha” is nearby with a little restaurant for a nice drink or lunch by the sea. The child-friendly Coelha beach is a 10-minute walk away. The dolphinarium-like Zoomarine is less than a 10-minute drive away. Furthermore, within a 15-minute drive are two fantastic Water Parks: Slide & Splash and Aqualand. You also have access to IPTV with all possible channels from NL, DE, FR, UK, PT, SP, etc. The home is extremely suited for the disabled, and pets are not welcome. Note: Tourist tax is applied at €2 per person, per night for a maximum of 7 nights. The tax must be paid by the guests themselves on-site.
