Nestled in a quiet cove perfect for swimming or fishing, with dock access for your boat. Enjoy a fenced yard for pets, a screened porch, fire pit (shared), and Rec Teq grill. Kayaks, paddle boards, and cornhole included for fun on and off the water. The space The home is the small blue home which has 3 bedrooms, all with a queen bed. All linens are provided. there are also 3 full bathrooms that come which also come with linens. There is also an additional queen murphy bed in the down stairs living area. There are 2 tv areas, 2 tables, and reading area by the fireplace, and lots of deck and patio space. There is plenty of outside space, a private fenced in yard and use of the dock. The dock is private to the property, but will be shared with another short term rental. Common areas which are shared with the other home are the fire pit and smoker, as well as the basketball court, and the dock. Guest access Guests will be given a digital door lock. You have the entire home to yourself. The dock is for the use of the two homes on the property as well as the disc golf. Covered parking is available to the right of the home, just for this home alone. Other things to note -Please no parties. - Hosts do keep their personal boat stored on the dock. You may see us grabbing our boat, but we will give you a heads up and keep out of your way. - The Lake level varies significantly. As a guest you have full use of the dock, however if the lake is lower, you still have access to the dock, but it may not be accessible by boat. This will not change the booking fee, and we are not responsible for any damages to boats.
