The common areas include a large, well-kept garden with a masonry barbecue available for guests, ideal for enjoyable outdoor grilling, and a saltwater pool, which is cleaned and checked daily. Sun loungers and umbrellas are arranged to ensure space, relaxation, and comfort for all guests. There is also free private parking available directly in front of the property.
