Lake Fork 12 The Lake Fork condominiums are very close to the base of the mountain and sit right alongside the Lake Fork River for beautiful views during all seasons. Lake Fork #12 is on the third floor level and has two bedrooms and two bathroom, one sitting room, and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom has one king bed with a private bathroom, which has a jetted tub and steam shower. The second bedroom has one set of queen bunk beds. Each bedroom has a 55 inch flat screen TV as well. This condo features an open kitchen and dining area with a dining room table that seats 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The living area offers a wood stove and provides access to your own private balcony. For your convenience there is also a washer/dryer, wireless internet, a 65 inch flat screen TV, and satellite cable. Each Lake Fork unit also as a designated car port with parking for 1 vehicle. Please be advised that this home does not have forced air conditioning but does have forced air heating and electric floorboard heaters.
