Private full apartment with beach and pool downstair in the calm area of Cancun, 20 minutes away from the crazy nightlife of "Zona Hotelera". The main bedroom has a King size bed and ocean view. The second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed of two singles. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve. There is air conditioning both bedrooms as well as a small local TV and WiFi for Internet Access. Private security 24hrs, parking space for 1 car. Towells are provided. The space We take sanitizing very serious, our cleaning staff has been trained and use Key sanitizing certified spray for all the property. Guest access The apartment is at the 4th floor of "Villas Hopelchen", a private condo at the seaside with a beautiful beach and ocean view from the main bedroom. You will be able to use the beach furniture to rest as well as the pool with an amazing view of the ocean. There is very low tide so you can swim freely in the ocean. The condo is fenced and there is private security 24hrs and parking space for one car. Other things to note Please be advised this is a very quiet condo. We are very strict on loud music or parties.
