The tiny house overlooks a large lake and looks out onto the rolling hills of the Pyrenees Ranges, conveniently located near Summerfield Winery and Avoca Hotel. For those seeking adventure, a scenic journey to Grampians National Park is just an hour's drive away, passing through charming towns like Stawell, and Halls Gap. Along the way, you'll encounter stunning attractions such as Boroka Lookout, Mackenzie Falls, and The Pinnacle. It's a cozy 113-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) If you plan to spend your farm stay Victoria getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be some animal and tractor noise during your stay with us as we are a working farm that cares for animals and crops. - Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee of $10 per 5 gig. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence. We also have common restroom accessible to guests equipped with flush toilet approximately 15 meters from the tiny house. Other things to note - There is an EV charging station in Avoca which is 20 min away. - No mobile reception - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed - No smoking allowed on the property/tiny house - Firewood cost is $20 per night and to be paid directly to the host upon arrival - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Keep in mind that "fence improvement" is on-going for a safer space for your pets. Hence, please keep an eye on your pets and have them leashed at all times.
