The cosy living area has a comfortable sitting area, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining/bar table and kitchen are great for social cooking together. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, kettle, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The bedroom is complete with a double bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as some storage space in the wardrobe for you to make use of. Bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilets are separated. Fresh towels will be provided. I hope you have a fantastic stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! The property is located on the 3rd floor and is STAIR ACCESS only. There is NO elevator. Other things to note Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
