Each residence includes a living and dining room area with a natural gas stone fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen; two master baths with jetted spa tubs; and a private balcony. 10 ft. high exposed beam or vaulted ceilings in the living room is ideal for enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. The living room sofa converts to a comfortable bed conveniently placed in front of a natural gas fireplace. The gourmet, stainless steel finished kitchen with European porcelain sinks and granite counters appeals to cooks of all experiences and styles. Amenities include Viking ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, wide plank, wood flooring and all the accessories needed for cooking. Glass doors lead out to the balcony or terrace. Balconies are designed to maximize views and enhance spaciousness, yet reinforcing a sense of privacy and seclusion. The dining area is furnished with a handsome wood dining table and chairs.
