The apartment has a bedroom (bed 180x200) with an extra large wardrobe and a daylight bathroom. The living and dining area contains a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The couch in the living room can be turned into a double bed (sleeping space: 140x200 cm). It is also possible to use the garden of the house, a grill is provided. The space The apartment hast just been newly renovated and and offers a very nice view of the surrounding vineyards. It is really commodious and there is place for up to 3 people (2 adults + 2 children are also fine). Guest access The apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment house which includes 4 residential units. Each apartment can be reached separately via a shared main entrance. Other things to note The apartment is located in an absolute quiet and safe area, which means that there will be no disturbing noise due to traffic, church bells or industrial plants. Besides, it is also safe for kids to play in the garden or in front of the house.
