Just off the kitchen is the open concept living room with a gas fireplace, 50” flat screen TV w/Cable, and amazing views of the lake and mountains. Right off the living room is a large deck facing the lake, which includes a propane BBQ. You will love the open concept in this home and all the room, plus the fabulous views of the lake and mountains. Furthermore, there is an attached apartment that includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with 50” flat screen TV w/Cable, gas fireplace, dining room and a private deck with amazing views of the lake and mountains. This beautiful lakefront home offers comfortable sleeping for up to 14 people. Conveniently Located on the Lake - Not only is this is an exceptional lakefront home with a seasonal dock featuring access to one boat slip, you'll find that you are wonderfully close to everything Big Bear has to offer year round: walking distance to the Village's shops and restaurants, close to Snow Summit for Winter Skiing and Snowboarding, and in summer the Sky Chair. Just around the corner, in summer, you'll find Big Bear Marina and in winter, Alpine Slide opens for Family Winter Snow Play. 6 Comfortable Bedrooms - 6 Baths and Sleeping for up to 14 - The main floor of this home has 4 bedrooms, plus a game room/bonus room and 4 bathrooms. Each of these four bedrooms are located on the main level of this home, so there are no stairs. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, 40” flat screen TV w/Cable, walk in closet and a master bathroom. There is also access to the deck from the master suite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. The 4th bedroom offers a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom and a ½ bath on the main level for these rooms to share. Upstairs is a bonus room/game room which includes a queen futon sleeper, 50” flat screen TV w/Cable, foosball table, dart board and view of the lake. There is also a ½ bath in this room. The Apartment is located upstairs and has a separate entrance. This is a great place for additional guests and offers all the amenities needed for comfort. There is a family room that over looks the lake and access to a deck. The living room has a gas fireplace, 50" flat screen TV w/Cable and comfortable seating. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. There is also a dining area and breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 twin sized beds and in the hallway is a full bathroom. The apartment will comfortably sleep 4 people. Washer and Dryer - Enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer. We provide the laundry soap! Wireless Internet Access - This cabin is ideal for business retreats or is great for anyone who just wants to keep in touch using this home's high speed internet service. Parking for 6 vehicles - Level driveway parking and easy access. (There is no garage access). Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property. This home allows a maximum of 14. A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 14 allowed. No Over Occupancy. Vacation Rental Permit/License #VRR-2022-2242 You will check-in and pick up keys at our office: 816 W. Big Bear Blvd. Big Bear City, CA., 92314 Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin. On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours. Parking for 6 vehicles - Level driveway parking and easy access. (There is no garage access). Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violation of any no-pet policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund due for unused portions of stay - violation may also result in a minimum $250.00 fine, plus charges for additional cleaning and any required repairs. City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy. The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents. Do not exceed the occupancy limit. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Not Pet friendly Take trash to dumpster locations. Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines. The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction. Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
