Holiday Home w/ 3 rooms. Groundfloor: entrance, dining for 6, cooking area fully equipped: freezer/fridge, full size oven, Ceran glas cooking, exhaust hood to outside, dishwasher, etc. Bathroom w/ Toilette + wash-bowl. - 2nd floor w/ sleeping/all round rooms: the spacy Green Room, fascinating view to pure nature, double bed, labtop table, full WiFi Access. The smaller Blue Room: 2 single beds, labtop table with full WiFi Access, beautiful view to the wide open landscape with sunset! The space The openspace groundfloor allows all Family members to share preparation of the meals, sit in the Sofa to read the latest News from paper or Screen - we have full WiFi Access in HD Quality, the solid wood dining table is allowing for min. of 6 persons, sitting on old Country chairs with French history. Bathroom in the Corner w/ Toilette and wash-bowl. 3 doors for exit with sitting options - according to sun intensity. Lovely view to pure nature. Guest access You and your booked guests will be the only people living in the house. On request we can also rent in the low season, in individual cases with service. Minimum booking 3 nights. Prices include bed linen + towels. For the extra bed we charge an additional 15.00 euros per night for the 3rd person aged 16 and over + per person including linen set. Visitors as guests for overnight stays: no problem, for the 1st night/person 25.00 euros, subsequent nights 15.00 euros/night, each including a complete linen set. Children from 5 to 15 years 5.00 euros/night including bed linen and towels. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Laundry service during your stay: washing with spin dryer, 6 euros per wash. Dryer 3 euros. Clothes rack in every accommodation unit. Other things to note If You are coming from City Areas with a lot of noise around - please forget about it. We have a very quiet area, our street even is a cul-de-sac road. During day and night, you may hear some animals on the ground or in the air - Fox, deer, any kind of beautiful birds ... just wait and see!
