The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms). The space This place can accommodate good cheer but not birthday parties or other evenings that would disturb the peace of nearby neighbors. We're not in a remote location. The 7.50 m x 4 m pool is heated to 29°. The telescopic enclosure measures 10.40 m x 6.20 m at the widest and 1.80 m at the highest. The advantage of the enclosure allows you to be warm inside in case of mixed weather, it can be opened fully or partially. It is essential to be able to enjoy the pool for a very large part of the year. The enclosure is larger than the pool, allowing some to sunbathe or sit on chairs inside while others have fun in the water. Upstairs: Large living room (beautiful kitchen open to living room table, living room with two sofa beds) 1 shower room, double sink 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 in mezzanine Shared dressing room for the 4 bedrooms. Outside: Next to the pool, we have a new terrace completed since June 2023 with a beautiful pergola, for the children, a sublime tree house was built with a platform next to it to be able to play. Swing, dart game, table tennis table, shuffleboard game, petanque ball, molky game... everything is there for a pleasant stay. If you love fishing, we have a fishing pontoon in Le Loir. We are 3 km from La Flèche Zoo, 15 minutes from Château du Lude. Le Mans, Angers, Saumur are 40 minutes away The Moulin de la Bruère is a 5-minute walk away, it allows you to access the footbridge that crosses Le Loir to access the Lacs de la Flèche. Lake Monnerie is a 10-minute walk for swimming, fishing, water activities, picnicking or lounging on the white sandy beach. 1 minute to find the route into the Loire Valley.
