It has a private pool with a large relaxation area, 4 terraces with different orientations, air conditioning, heating, a BBQ, and an Ibiza-style chill-out area. Everything in it is designed to relax, enjoy and disconnect. The space The villa's highlights are its panoramic views and multiple outdoor spaces. It has 4 furnished terraces in addition to a pool area, which is undoubtedly the jewel of the house, very spacious with an extensive solarium and an Ibizan-style chill-out area to have an aperitif and relax. Access can be locked for the safety of the little ones. The BBQ area is next to the east terrace, where there is a dining table. It is the corner with the best views of the sunset and the night sky. The west terrace next to the pool has a dining table and a lounge area with sofas. The roofed terrace connects to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and is the most used as an outdoor dining room. Then there is the south-facing access terrace, perfect in the spring and winter months for sunbathing or enjoying the shade in summer. On the main floor, the lobby gives access to the fully equipped Italian-designed open kitchen that connects to the dining room, living room and terrace. On the other side of the lobby is an exterior double bedroom with a closet and a bathroom with a shower.
