When you enter the home, off to the left you have a charming living space with a fireplace, TV, and views of the lake and property. Just beyond the living area is the dining area with a table suitable for eight. To the right, is an expansive kitchen island leading you into the kitchen. Behind the kitchen wall to the left is the working pantry with a deluxe coffee bar (includes Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, pour-over, Mr. Coffee maker, and hot water kettle). To the right of the kitchen wall is the laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer. Our kitchen is fully stocked and comes with all the essentials for cooking including spices, tin foil, olive oil, etc.! The primary suite features high-end furnishings, memory foam king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, sliding glass door to the wraparound porch, and a private full bath with a curb-less walk-in shower, and two sinks. Includes a seating area for two for private time to unwind with a book after a fun day at the lake. In the event you need to take care of some business, there's also a desk and chair. The secondary suite is well-equipped with a memory foam mattress queen bed, bench seat, dresser, walk-in closet, sliding glass door to the wraparound porch, and private full bath. There's a Jack and Jill bath connecting two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and the other bedroom has two twin memory foam beds. Both rooms include dressers, nightstands, and closets. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Please do not flush any feminine products or non-degradable items down the toilet or huge amounts of toilet paper at one time. Toilet paper only may be flushed. Don't ruin your stay by having this happen to you. Tell your family! Dispose of kitchen grease in the kitchen trash when cool. Extra charges apply if you don't comply, and we have to call in a plumber. PLEASE ADVISE EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP. WILDLIFE: Our house is on a 1-acre property. Critters, crawlers, snakes, fire ants, etc. are a part of nature and are possible findings on the property. Please always be careful to watch your step and going barefoot is NOT recommended. If needed, there is a first-aid kit in the closet of the primary suite. EXTERIOR CAMERAS In an effort to maintain secure premises, The property is equipped with five exterior cameras. The cameras are only on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
