Unit assignment is subject to availability. Please inquire about any specific requests before booking. Guest access - Self check-in with biometric verification. To access the building and your unit, you will need to complete biometric registration (fingerprint or facial recognition) upon arrival. This security measure is mandatory and ensures the safety of all guests. You will receive a unique code for the electronic lock after verifying your identity. Our reception and security staff are available 24/7 to assist you with the biometric process and answer any questions you may have. You will have full access to both pools, the rooftop lounge, the fitness center, and the common areas. - The building entrance is located on Avenida 15, almost directly across from the Oxxo convenience store. Other things to note - Welcome kit included: shampoo, toilet paper, trash bag, soap, coffee kit and water (2 water bottles). Requests for additional salt, oil, and pepper must be made before 5:00 PM. - Biometric registration is mandatory (fingerprint or facial recognition); without this registration, access to the property will not be permitted, and no refunds will be issued. - Travel cot available upon request; USD 15 per stay and subject to availability. - Linen and towel changes, as well as housekeeping, are available at an additional cost; daily housekeeping is not included. - Long stays: weekly linen and towel changes for bookings of 7 nights or more; electricity is billed separately for stays of 28 nights or more. Please take care of the bed linens and towels to avoid additional charges. - Free on-site parking is included for one vehicle. The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking. For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
