Great 1 Bedrooms 1 Bath Lower Unit in a duplex in the best and breath taking Belmont Shore area of Long Beach half a block from Main 2nd Street with plenty shopping and dining places. 1 block from the beach and few minutes from downtown Long Beach. Parking is street parking and on weekend maybe difficult to find a place close to the house. The space My place is an envy to all site in Belmont Shore because of the view from the patio and the largest front yard in Belmont shore. Guest access Guest also have access to Front Yard of the house. Other things to note Dear Guest(s), BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THE RULES LISTED BELOW. - No Smoking inside the unit. You can smoke outside in the yard and please make sure you do not dispose of cigarette butts in the yard. - No drugs of any type can be consumed on premises. - Please clean bathroom and Kitchen after usage as it will help keeping our rates low. - Bathroom and Kitchen are cleaned only when guests checkout. We do not clean them daily to give you some privacy. - Please keep the noise down after 10PM as respect to our neighbors. - A/C Usage. please make sure all windows are shut in the kitchen, living Room and Bedrooms before turning on the A/C. - We reserve the right to access the unit at anytime. - Trash Bins are located in the back of the house in the alley. There is access to back of the house to dump trash. - The person who booked has to be present during check-in as the other persons will not be allowed to check-in without the presence of the person who booked.
