Atlas Place Sleeps 9. Parking for 2 cars

Atlas place is situated in the picturesque seaside town of Broadstairs located in East Kent, just over an hour from London. With 9 award winning beaches this 2 floor property is situated above our family owned and run chiropractic clinic. Exclusive access to the enclosed rear garden as well as 2 parking spaces. Situated in the town centre just a few minutes from Viking Bay and lots of boutique shops, restaurants and bars Strictly no pets. The space On the first floor of the building you have kitchen, dining room with a table that will comfortably seat 8 with a juliet balcony over looking the garden and park. Family bathroom with slipper bath and large walk in shower. Living room with 2 large sofas, board games, smart tv. Bunk room has a double bed on the bottom and single on the top. Small table and hanging space with shelves. 2nd floor has a twin room that can also be made into a King size bed. En-suite with King size and shower room. Plenty of room here for travel cot - We provide the cot but ask that you provide the bedding. Finally there is a small snug room. As it's name suggests, this is a small room. Double bed only. Plenty of hanging space to share with the other 2 rooms on the same floor - All pictures in the descriptions. Guest access You have access to all of your accomodation from the rear of the building. There are 2 free, on site parking spaces. You will walk through the back gate (using the lock box for the key) - 4/5 large steps with rail down to the the entrance door (2nd key lock box). You have sole access to Atlas Place. Parking spaces are available for the duration of your stay only unless otherwise arranged. There may be a charge if cars left on site or late check-out. Check in 3pm Check out 10am Other things to note Any questions please ask. If you are coming for a special occasion and would like anything decorated or delivering then just let us know. Any budget catered for. Just let us know what you'd like and we can arrange receipts for you. You do not make any profit on anything like this - cakes/flowers/champagne/breakfast etc. We'll just buy it for you and arrange payment at time of service. Please ask for restaurant info too and we'll give you some tips!
