Ideally located between Saly and La Somone, Ngaparou, an authentic fishing village, offers a serene living environment. Our team will be in your care (caretaker and mistress of the house). Shops and services nearby + nbx leisure and activities: walks (land/sea), beaches, water sports, golf, animal parks, super restaurants... The space A quiet environment and a team mobilized for your peace of mind : our villa enjoys a privileged residential setting and careful maintenance. Its design makes it very pleasant to live in: spacious, clear and very airy, it offers a large living room (open kitchen + 50 m living room), and 4 beautiful bedrooms with large closet, shower room... It is furnished and decorated in a modern style ensuring comfort and conviviality. Everyone can choose outside their "relaxation area": by the pool, patio on the garden level, 1st floor pergola... Garden and orchard provide a much appreciated flowery and fragrant setting. Nearby, the superb "Lamantin" beach (900 m) and the "Auchan Saly Center" shopping center (800 m). At your service : - our caretaker, present on site 6 days a week, welcomes you and ensures your installation. It maintains the pool, garden, terraces. - our housekeeper, in charge of the maintenance of the villa and linen 6 days a week, kitchen also (if you want), it's up to you to do your shopping. Guest access The villa, its swimming pool and garden are entirely dedicated to holidaymakers, who will enjoy it alone during their stay. Other things to note The villa is well secured: - the caretaker is vigilant - the surroundings and all the enclosure of the property are perfectly lit - an alarm fills the house (motion detectors triggering 1 mermaid in case of intrusion, which you can turn on when you leave )
