As you enter, you’re greeted by a grand great room featuring soaring vaulted cathedral ceilings, slate flooring, striking log beam accents, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace that anchors the space. The star of the show is the two-story wall of glass that brings in the breathtaking views of the mountains. The open-concept layout seamlessly blends the great room and kitchen, making it easy for guests to gather, cook, and relax together. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a separate wet bar—perfect for entertaining. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and includes a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor decks. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms await—one with a king bed, the other with a queen—each featuring a private ensuite bathroom and its own balcony with incredible panoramic views. A spacious loft overlooking the main living area is also located on the third floor, featuring an arcade game. For even more fun, head down to the lower-level game room, which doubles as Bedroom 4. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. - Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. - This home can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. - Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional 4 beyond bed count. Game room downstairs has a futon that can be utilized for sleeping and Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property - AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property. Parking Details: Guests can park 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Max cars 4.
