You can walk to town in 10 min or ride one of the bikes to the Perfect Cup or have lunch at another Matlacha restaurant. Your family will enjoy fishing off the dock, corn hole, board games, bbq, and Pac-Man. The space Your kitchen is Family Ready. Everything you need to make a holiday meal. 3 bedroom 2 bath plus enclosed lania to be used as additional sleeping area or fun room with Pac- Man and TV. New mattresses on all beds & 2 sofa beds. Master King sz bed w/bathroom. Coastal room with queen bed, Black &White room w/ queen bed and wall fireplace. Sleep in Lanai that overlooks water. (Space heater for colder weather) Outside seating perfect for manatee sighting, Mimosas, BBQ, and cooking up your fresh catch. 100 ft of seawall with 50ft of dock and boat lift. I have had 34’ sailboats as visitors and multiple boats tied up to the dock and boat lift. Your boat, jet ski's, kayaks, are welcome here. The price includes one boat and one trailer. $50 addl charge for multiple boats. 3 Fishing poles provided for fishing off your own dock or fish off the bridge about 1 mile away. You have 3 Smart TV’s. Xfinity Fast Internet, Hypo allergenic pillows all with pillow covers and all beds are brand new with mattress protectors. Designated Bait refrigerator in garage. Complimentary coffee Keurig and Margaritaville drink maker. Brand new hot water heater. Oversized Connect 4 game and Cornhole fun for everyone, Kids will love to make hot dogs with the Nostalgic hotdog roller. You will be suppled with shampoo, soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags, and coffee. For longer stays you will have to make a trip to the grocery store a couple miles a way. Guest access 2 car garage and driveway parking. Extra lot on side for boat trailer. 10 minute walk to restaurants. Dead end street. 2 Bikes to use. Other things to note Dog fee $100.Please disclose at time of reservation so I can have available doggy blankets/sheets for your use. There will be an additional $50 charge for more than 1 boat. Please don’t forget to disclose at booking. If available usually in the the month of March and April the Boat lift can be rented for stays of a week or more for an additional $150.00 to an experienced person who has used boat lifts before. (The other months of the year our boat will most likely be there but please inquire.)If you are interested in using the boat lift please let me know so we can discuss.
