Portaferry Waterfront Townhouse with Hot Tub

This attractive townhouse is situated in the heart of the picturesque and historic town of Portaferry directly on the shores of Strangford Lough. You can enjoy stunning views from both floors across The Narrows to Strangford Harbour, Castle Ward, Winterfell (GOT) and Audley's Castle. This is the perfect location to explore further on up the peninsula or you can hop on the ferry to venture south to Tyrella Beach (30 mins) and Newcastle. The space The house has recently been refurbished and features a modern kitchen, two comfortable lounge areas and cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed, the middle bedroom a king bed and the third bedroom is a single. There are family bathrooms on both the ground and first floors. Every room except the single bedroom has a Smart TV that connects to WiFi. Guests can connect to their Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts. Sky TV is also installed downstairs. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and condensing tumble dryer. The garden features a raised patio with comfortable seating, hot tub and BBQ, a perfect sun trap for a relaxing day back at the house with the family. The rear garden is also fully enclosed and secure - no need to worry about your pet dog escaping! Travel cot and baby gate available on request. Guest access Guest shave access to the entire property and garden. Other things to note We request that guests respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after midnight. This house is not a party house. If the owners are called out by residents due to antisocial behaviour or noise, the whole damage deposit will be forfeited. Pets are welcome, however must ask that they are kept downstairs for the duration of the stay. There is a stair gate located at the bottom of the stairs to prevent pets making their way upstairs. We also ask guests to keep pets off the downstairs sofas. Please note: The cleaning fee is used as surcharge for use of the hot tub, due to the recent cost increase of electricity. If guests do not want to use the hot tub, let the owner know and this fee will be waived.
