Ourania Studio 3 is a stunning, spacious studio sleeping up to 3 guests located right on the seafront and offering the most breathtaking seaviews over the Ionian Sea. Set along the quiet coastal road leading from the lively Messonghi to the quiet fishing village of Boukari, Ourania Studio 3 is set on the ground floor of a 2-storey building of just 4 apartments. The space Messonghi, with any kind of facilities, is just 1km away but leaving the balcony, or the sea just below the apartment, will be really difficult! The views, the location, the value for money, will amaze you! Inside, the studio is airy and spacious (it measures nearly 40sqm, therefore there is plenty of space for all the guests). The sea-facing location will surprise even the most demanding guests, as sleeping pampered by the gentle sound of the sea below will be a memorable experience. This air-conditioned studio (air-conditioning is included in the rental price) has 2 single beds (that can be joined into a double if required) as well an extra single bed for a 3rd guest. Big patio doors open onto the furnished sea-facing terrace. Fitted wardrobes as well as a compact yet wull equipped kitchenette are available for the guests. The studio also has its own modern bathroom with shower. NEW GREEK CLIMATE RESILIENCE TAX: euros 1.5 per studio per night to be paid in cash, locally, on arrival. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes wi-fi internet as well as maid service with change of linen and towels once a week. Air-conditioning is also included and individually controlled. FOR LARGER PARTIES: Ourania Studio can be combined together with other 3 studios in the same building increasing the total occupancy up to 10 guests. Contact us for availability and rates. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
