You can also go to the much-visited Rua XV (the one that doesn't allow cars, you know?), the Guaíra Theater, the Passeio Público and the historic building of the Federal University of Paraná. If the intention is to enjoy the night, Rua Trajano Reis was the first point of street bars in Curitiba! Are you coming for work? It also features hot/cold air-conditioning; a refrigerator with freezer, cooktop, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker and basic kitchen utensils; iron and hairdryer. The apartment is exclusive to the person who booked it and his/her family or friends. There is no possibility for an outsider to book the apartment at the same time to share it. Bed and bath linens, pillows, cushions and blankets are provided. Each reservation entitles you to free parking for one vehicle (all sizes) in a covered and secure parking space – the best in the building. COMMON AREAS WITH GUEST ACCESS In addition to all the amenities of the apartment, guests can use the GYM, the COWORKING space, the TERRACE and the PET SPACE – all available 24 hours a day. They can also enjoy the shared OMO LAUNDRY, which features an industrial-grade washer and dryer, ensuring clean and soft clothes in just 1h30 (charged separately on the OMO app – instructions on site). *All guests must follow the condominium rules for using these spaces. Before making use of the common areas, please let me know to resolve any possible issues. > EARLY CHECK-IN: Can I check in before 3 p.m.? If there is availability on the schedule, it is possible to anticipate the entry (cost of 1/2 day – charged on the platform, after entry - for periods longer than 2 hours in advance). If you are interested or need to check-in early, just let us know in advance and we'll close the agenda. We also have a luggage room in the entrance guardhouse, which is locked and only authorized persons have access – where you can leave your luggage until the apartment is released. >LATE CHECKOUT: Can I leave after 11 a.m.? If there is availability on the agenda, it is possible to leave after the checkout time (cost of 1/2 day – charged on the platform, at the end of the stay - for periods longer than 2 hours). If you are interested or need to leave later, just let us know in advance and we'll close the agenda. We also have a luggage room, in the entrance guardhouse, which is locked and only authorized persons have access – where you can leave your luggage until the time you need it.
