It is so close you could cast a fishing line from the deck—though you may need to venture farther out to catch anything! Guest access Guests have private use of the entire cottage and everything on the property, including the private waterfront hot tub located on the cottage’s deck and private, direct beach access by stairs located on the cottage property. Other things to note Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against losses resulting from cancellations, delayed arrivals, or an inability to check in due to weather, illness, medical or family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Guests assume responsibility for these risks. As a small independent property owner, the host is unable to insure against guests’ personal emergencies or circumstances; therefore, refunds will be issued only in accordance with the cancellation policy.
