Newly Remodeled House in Cul-de-Sac

Our family remodeled our childhood home to bring joy to our guests. Nearly all aspects of this home are new. All of these points of interest close by (see pictures): > Manhattan, Hermosa and Manhattan Beaches > SoFi Stadium > South Bay Galleria and Del Amo Malls > McMaster and Alondra Parks > El Camino College > Ralphs Grocery Store > Costco > In N Out Burger > LAX Airport The space This is a newly remodeled house is in a peaceful cul-de-sac street in a nice neighborhood. Guest access Guest has access to the home and front and backyards, though the yards are mostly dirt right now (landscape remodeling should happen by Fall 2023). Guests do not have access to the garage (owners will use it). Other things to note There is a chance that landscape remodeling will happen during your stay. This would involve gardeners doing work in the yard for up to two weeks.
