The space There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen size bed and its own bathroom. There is one bedroom downstairs on the same level with the living and dining room and kitchen; this bedroom has twin beds and a full bath next to it. All 3 bathrooms have been completely remodeled with new fixtures, heated floors and granite counters. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances (including mattress'). Rental includes access to 2 indoor & 2 outdoor pools, a fitness center and waterfront with use of kayaks, paddleboats and rowboats all free next door at the High Peaks Resort. Other things to note STR # 200397 We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract.
