Located in the heart of the major tourist attractions of the Tarn and Tarn-et-Garonne regions, it's a paradise for outdoor activities in every season. The space Chalet Marshall enjoys an exceptional view, and its sheltered terrace is very pleasant in all seasons. The private Nordic bath can accommodate 6 people. The water in the bath is heated by the integrated wood stove. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, microwave, gas hob and dishwasher. The 3 bedrooms are arranged as follows: - bedroom 1: double bed with storage cupboard - bedroom 2: double bed with desk area - bedroom 3/living room: 2 single trundle beds Bedroom 3 can be easily converted from living room (beds folded out to sofa) to bedroom (beds folded out) to suit your needs. The bathroom area with toilet and shower is also spacious. Cold season: The chalet is equipped with a latest-generation wood stove, offering pleasant warmth and the pleasure of seeing the fire through the glazed window. Reversible premium air-conditioning ensures a minimum temperature, taking over from the wood-burning stove, for example, if you're away during the day or in the early morning. Hot season: On the edge of the forest under the oak trees, the chalet benefits from the freshness of nature and eliminates the need for air conditioning. In the event of a heatwave (high temperatures for several nights in a row), the air-conditioning can be used to ensure everyone's health and a good night's sleep. Guest access The chalet and its Nordic bath are entirely at your disposal. The swimming pool and sauna are shared with the three other chalets. The outdoor areas are also shared: swing, slackline, pétanque court, molkky, etc. Other things to note Located in a secluded yet not isolated area, the property boasts excellent mobile phone and internet coverage.
