There is free, easy parking on the road and it’s a short walk to the bus/train/supermarket. Quiet area. Plenty of green space around: bush, creek, waterfall and swimming hole. It's a short drive/cycle to the nearest beach. You will be located next to a cycle/walkway which will take you road free to the supermarket and City. The space Take a break or work from home. Comfortable home-from-home. Great for travellers and those working. Perfect for digital nomads. Set up as a shared house for those who want to stay for a week to a few months. 3 mins walk to Unitec and 15 mins to bus and train (30 mins to city). 50 metres to the cycleway (25 mins to city by bike). 300 metres to the Oakley Creek Walkway. 10 min walk to the supermarket via fully lit walkway. Guest access Communal areas: bathroom, kitchen, garden. Other things to note The kitchen and bathroom are shared and should be kept clean and tidy. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a full kitchen with all the cooking and cleaning amenities you will need . Full laundry facilities. Any other requests, just ask!
