Centennial House Basement Apt

WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES! We know you hate them so we just did away with them. Instead, we ask our guests to leave the place clean and as you found it. Our house is 15 minutes from Salt Lake airport. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and Amazon Warehouse, 10 minutes from Great Salt Lake and Kennecott Copper, about 45 minutes to ski resorts and a host of mountain activities - hiking, fishing, kayaking, biking, camping, beautiful scenery. Come stay with us to relax or work! The space This basement apartment is simple and straightforward, but it is clean and has everything you need. It has fast internet. It has a nice King Size Bed, a comfortable couch to watch tv with Roku and hundreds of tv channels. In the winter it has a cozy electric fireplace to cuddle up to and it has a nice patio with BBQ grill and a fire pit. It has a nice desk and chair to work at in a dedicated room. The shower was just remodeled. It has a kitchen with all appliances and, of course, it’s cheap! It has its own entrance and nothing is shared with the apartment upstairs. It is near grocery stores, a laundromat, restaurants, schools. Church is 2 1/2 blocks west. Guest access Guests have the entire basement. It has it’s own entrance and nothing is shared. Other things to note No pets or smoking, please. Access is with outside stairs. As with any apartment, there are occasionally some noises from upstairs.
