However, we are not a hotel service that has a maid, cleaning lady, housekeeper, replacement of trousseau, kits or amenities every X days. We provide complimentary pillowcases and a set of sheets to cover and line a kit per bed depending on the number of guests. However, the guarantee of system stability, connection, speed, pole wiring, etc., is the responsibility of the operator, as well as power outages and natural events outside the property, such as windstorms or heavy rain, causing interruptions in the network. Silence hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Law 12.789/2005. As a courtesy, we split the cleaning fee, just do your part, and take out your trash, and wash your dishes, keeping it the way you found it.
