Book now for an unforgettable retreat! The space You will arrive at 4921 Olive Street and will have to pull around and make a left into the gravel driveway off Thomas Road. You’ll find a digital lock on the door. Check your text messages I would have sent you a link to download an app so when you arrive you’ll connect to the lock with your phone via Bluetooth. This will gain you access to the house. Use phone to unlock and lock no need to touch lock. You’ll walk in through the dinning room leads into the kitchen with brand new appliances. That leads to the family room has a queen sleeper sofa and chair with a smart tv and adjacent is a sitting room with a pull out couch. Large pan windows line the hallway from sitting room to dining with decent views of the water across the street. From the family room you’ll find 5 doors one to the front screened in porch great for lounging. The other master bedroom with a queen mattress. The middle door leads upstairs to a loft which has carpet so there you’ll have to turn on the a/c turn off when not in use. There is an arcade games, smart tv, sleeper futon, queen mattress and a beanbag. Back downstairs is the second bedroom with three twin beds and walk in closet. Next to is the bathroom with newly renovated standing shower. Most essential products include shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hair dryer. I provided all linens for your stay and kitchen has some essentials like spices, coffee, tea, sugar, filters, condiments, dish soap, trash bags, cookware, dinnerware. Guest access You have access to the whole house and yard. You’ll find some doors locked for the safety and security of major appliances and crawl spaces. Please pick up trash and dog poop around the yard before checking out. The park in the neighborhood John Marshall is private and not intended for visitors. There are several public parks short drive less than 5min. Fire pit outside available, charcoal grill please clean after use and dump ash into aluminum trash bin next to grill. Other things to note The park in the neighborhood John Marshall Park is private property and not for guests its unfortunate and so I recommend a few public parks close by a short drive less than 5min from the house if wish to have beach access without a problem.
