Description
Pleasant apartment a few meters from the famous Père Lachaise cemetery, in the 20th arrondissement district. The space The apartment is spacious and very pleasant to stay in. Ideal for couples, or small groups of friends or family thanks to the sofa bed 🛋 The living room opens onto the balcony and a very pleasant view of the trees. We have arranged a medium-sized farm table so you can eat, work, play board games... A large library is there with plenty of books at your disposal if you want to leaf through them during your stay. Next door, in the same room is our very practical kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven...): everything is there to cook good dishes or to have an aperitif with ingredients purchased in the markets or excellent surrounding food shops... The bedroom has superb views of greenery (especially in summer or spring) you can lie in bed and admire the trees. The bedding is comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub and a large mirror. We have a hairdryer available as well as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Finally, a small balcony of 8 m² under development is available. We put a wrought iron lounge there so you can have breakfast, dinner or a glass of wine. Noise sensitive people should refrain, on the balcony you can hear cars passing by on Rue des Pyrénées next door. We put in double glazing but it doesn't cover everything :) Guest access The entire place is rented. You can also enjoy the 8 m² balcony. Other things to note We've been renting our apartment for almost a year. Note that we only rent it when we are away for the weekend or on vacation elsewhere in France. The rest of the time we live in it, so it's not a sanitized and impersonal home, even though we do everything to make you feel at home. We hope you enjoy it. We count on your indulgence but also on your seriousness :) Registration Details 7512006686102
